1.  OBJECTIVES Of THE SITE

This Site Web belonging to António Dulcídio Da Silva Pinto Coelho, (ahead assigned for Author) was conceived to show, art paint works of authors who will want to exhibit in this site, for free.  The use of this Site Web of the Author (from now only assigned for Site) is dependent of the previous assent given for the User to the gifts use conditions, whose reading it is recommended.  The Author will be able at any time, without advance warning, to change the Contents, the drawing, presentation or the configuration of the Site as well as the general or particular conditions of use.  The Contents presented in the Site are  for mere divulgation and informative purpose.

3.  USE Of THE CONTENTS Of THIS SITE

the Users can use the contents only with the permition of the Author. It is always forbidden:

a) when it provokes criminal, defamatory, offensive, violent behavior or, in general, contrary to the law, the moral and good customs and the public order, as well as discriminatory ideas in reason of the sex, race, religion, beliefs, age or condition;

c) when they can give to origin the unjustified general alarm, they stir up to the involvement in dangerous activities, of risk or harmful for the health and, well thus, the psychic balance;

d) when if it divulges information or inexact false, of form the one that the same one is susceptive to induce in error the receiver;

e) when they violate or either the breaking of rights of copyright or industrial susceptive and predicable of third, of industrial enterprise secrets, as well as of the right to the honour, the privacy of the private life;

f) when it constitutes illicit, or disloyal advertising, or not authorized or requested ("Spamming"), "chain letters", as well as any form of games of richness or bad luck.  h) when they constitute unfair competition;

g) when they make possible the diffusion of any type of informatics virus, defective archives or any another software or susceptive informatics program to provoke damages or not authorized alterations of the contents or accessible systems;

the Author reserves the right to interrupt the access to its Site, or the supply of any of its Contents, at any moment and without advance warning, for reasons technician, of security, energy cuts or any another cause.  Such interruption will be able to have to character temporary or definitive.  The Author does not guarantee nor could be made responsible by the reliability, availability or continuity of its Site nor of the respective Contents.

5.  RESPONSIBILITY

the Author, cannot be made responsible by damages or damages of any nature, that elapse of situations of interruption of the service, delays in the linking or the access to the Site or links, errors or deficient Site functioning. They can coat the nature of bigger force, nominated, the war state, the natural catastrophes, as fires, flooding and earthquakes, terrorist acts, the reduction of the power, lack of supplying of electric energy, imperfection of telecommunications, the acts or omissions of the Public Authorities, the Author cannot be made responsible by damages or damages of any nature, that elapse of shares of hackers or any third specialists in security services and protect of informatics systems.  The Author will have right to temporarily suspend the services and Contents of the Site in order to effect services of maintenance, or alteration of the same ones, not attending the User.

Personal data In the terms of the Law of Personal Data - Law nº 67/98, of 26 of October, Directive 95/46/CE of 24 of October of 1995 transposes for the Portuguese jurisprudence - the Author comes to inform the User of not existence of an automated filing-cabinet for retraction of information of personal character.

All the rights of copyright belong to the Author.  Express any distribution, modification, alteration, or reverse are "forbidden engineering". The breaking of this prohibition will be able to make to incur its author into the crimes of, contra faction, plagiarism or unfair competition, foreseen, respectively in the Code of the Copyright and the Connected Rights (approved for DL 63/85, of 14.03) and in the article of 260º of the Code of the Industrial Property.  The User grants to the Author a license for, in the amplest terms foreseen in the Law, to divulge, to communicate public, to copy, to adapt, to transmit its messages or any other content that places in the Site. 

9.  LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

In emergent litigation of the use of the Site, the Court of the Judicial district of the Oporto will be competent, being applicable the Portuguese Law.
