"Dulcídio, deeply influenced by Douro River and the coast people, made with that, some scenes and events with a great sensitivity for the Art. Covering a long way, finding everything what a superior art education couldn't give to him; Dulcídio paints what it sees and dreams with paintings, carrying his ideals to colors and canvas. Showing some surrealists forms and ideas I will be able to risk saying, that the workmanship of the artist does not escape to be witness of the time.
